Roster
A member of the High Council is appointed the title of Councillor. The job of a Councillor is to represent the welfare of the majority of kinship members. Councillors include the Founders of the kinship and any members of the kinship who have proven themselves worthy of the title. This is a small population of members with the important role of governing The Unexpected Party, and the Councillors may not always remain the same. As activity of guild members wanes and waxes, so too will the roster of The High Council. One should aspire to be a Councillor who could remain on the Council as long as possible, for the good of the kinship. Councillors maintain Officer rank in-game, but have more power in discussion and site role.
